1. Responsibility for Installation and Diagnosis
Our company is not responsible for incorrect diagnosis, selection of incompatible or unsuitable parts, or failure to comply with operating and installation requirements by the customer or any technician engaged by the customer.
Incorrect installation or connection may result in damage to electronic modules or failure of the spare part.
2. 14-Day Return Policy
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” an exchange or return is possible within 14 days only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The part has no signs of installation or use;
- The product is returned with its original appearance, complete set of components, original packaging, intact seals, labels, and branded tapes;
- The product has not been modified, connected, installed, or otherwise used.
3. Manufacturer's Warranty
All original air conditioner spare parts undergo mandatory factory testing, which is confirmed by the appropriate quality-control stamp on the packaging.
Due to the specific nature of these products, the manufacturer does not accept spare parts back after purchase. Therefore, before ordering, please carefully verify the part number, markings, compatibility, and suitability of the component for your equipment.
Important: Installation of electronic spare parts should be performed by a qualified technician with the appropriate knowledge and experience.
